In 2019, work began on the rehabilitation of the building in order to adapt it to a new life and context with the 21st century.
The building has two levels above the ground, on the ground floor is the exhibition hall and in the first a creative activity workshop with access to the terrace.
The rooms, all exterior, double, with bathroom and dressing room, have been distributed on both floors.
The basement is equipped and a small pub was installed in it for the exclusive use of the members of the foundation “Mairie des Arts” opening only at night hours according to season.
A garden with parking surrounds the mansion located a hundred meters from the river in the urban area of the village.
